Our luxury service means that your dog(s) lives in our home with us and even has their very own room! The price includes 40 minutes of walks per day (additional and longer walks can be added at the time of booking), play-time, cuddles and optional socialisation with dogs from our dog walking business. Daily updates will put your mind at ease. Fully licensed, insured and pet first aid trained, you can enjoy your holiday knowing that your dog is enjoying theirs with us.
Prices per Calendar Day:
1 dog = £50
2 dogs = £75
3 dogs = £100
To secure your desired dates, all of the necessary information must be filled in on our booking system and a full payment is required. The booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. 50% of the total cost is a non-refundable booking fee. The other 50% is refundable under certain circumstances (see terms & conditions for more information). It is not necessary to visit us before your dog’s stay, as all new dogs must complete a trial night (2 days). The trial night is important as it ensures your dog will be settled during their stay. You must be available to collect your dog at any time during the trial stay so please do not plan anything too far from home. We recommend booking the trial night as soon as possible so that you have plenty of time to find an alternative if it doesn’t work out. We also recommend booking the trial stay at the same time as the main longer stay as we are not able to hold/reserve dates, if the trial doesn’t work out the payment for the main stay will be refunded.
Drop-off appointments are between 8am and 12pm. Pick-up appointments are between 2pm and 6pm. Earlier drop-off and later pick-up times may be available for an additional £10. Pick-up and drop-off services are also available on request. There is no price reduction for late drop-offs and early pick-ups, these days count as full days. Bank holidays are charged at double the standard rate.
All dogs must be fully house trained and vaccinated. We are unable to take dogs with separation anxiety or bitches in season. If your dog comes into season before or during their stay they will not be allowed on the premises. You will need to arrange alternative care and collect them immediately. In this scenario no payment will be refunded.
